Adventure awaits! Here at QuickandBig.com we are delighted to present for sale our unique 4.6l V8, Land Rover Defender 110. It’s been built at huge cost, and is a striking looking 4x4!

The legendary Defender, occupies a special place in British culture, there are a plethora of builders out there now, producing restomod Defenders, commanding huge sums, the Top Gear article below makes great reading, and also shows what relative great value our stunning truck is:

Our Landy takes its inspiration from the famous Defenders in Lara Croft’s – Tomb Raider and James Bond’s - Spectre. It was built for its enthusiast owner by respected marque specialists “Inside Out 4x4” of Surrey.

F667EPW was first registered on 31/8/98, its 36 years young, in 4 years time it can be registered as a “historic” vehicle, with the associated benefits of, free road tax, and MOT / ULEZ exempt.

When new, it was a 110 Tdi Diesel, having evolved into the Range Rover 4.6l V8 petrol (with its RR auto gearbox) powered machine we have today. Its indicated mileage is only 29,462. It is correctly registered with the DVLA as a 4.6l petrol.

Please see the pictures of the underside / chassis, its not plastered in Wax Oil etc. How many other dealers are happy to publish 20+ pictures of the underside of a Land Rover, let alone one that's 36 years young?

Our stunning Land Rover is presented in stunning high gloss black (it was originally Blue, but has been correctly registered as Black with the DVLA) with a stunning black leather and “mole skin” interior.  It appears to have been modified and colour changed in 2021. It has only done about a thousand miles a year since conversion.

The spec is exhaustive, our mechanic is a Land Rover Specialist, he has been through it and complied the following list of some of its modifications and improvements, I’m sure there is more, it appears most of the vehicle is upgraded with parts from many of the best brands in the business:

P38 4.6i Range Rover V8 conversion, with high / low auto box, with newly fitted radiator. We are told by the previous owner that is was stripped / rebuilt, and from a 70k donor when fitted to our 110. From the factory the big V8 developed 225bhp / 380Nm, replacing our Defenders original 85 bhp diesel. Not only does it go better, it also sounds much better!

Leather interior including, door cards, Corbau bucket seats, 2nd row of Exmoor Land Rover seats with inertia belts. There is loads of lined boot space in the rear.

Momo steering wheel.

Heated front screen / wing mirrors.

Electric front windows.

Front cuddy box (wired for a sub woofer) / cup holders .

Sony CD, Bluetooth with hands free and DAB head unit, with 6 speakers.

Central dash pod with, digital volt meter, electric window / LED work light switches, power sockets.

Rear view mirror with built in reversing camera.

Grey “mole skin” head lining.

Masai panoramic tinted glass hard top, including side openers, rear quarters, extensions and heated rear door glass.

LED internal and external lights, front light bar / spot lights and rear light bar.

Terrafirma springs / extended shocks, 4 inch lift kit. Rear anti roll bar.

Replacement carpet set.

Numerous new panels including, Puma bulge bonnet and new doors.

Rock sliders / side steps.

Full external roll cage.

Wading snorkel.

Front mounted Terrafirma 1200 winch / bull bar / bumper.

Extended wheel arches.

Rear grooved and drilled disc brake conversion.

Front vented, grooved and drilled brake discs.

Front Runner full length roof rack and rear ladder (over £2k on its own).

Front wing top vents / checker plate.

Rear bumper over rider with tow bar and 7 pin electrics.

Swing away spare wheel carrier.

Mach 5 wheels (inc spare) in gloss black, with as new 285/75/16 BF Goodrich All Terrain Tyres and locking wheel nuts.

It has also had a rear cross member / chassis extensions replacement. We have just had the chassis professionally cleaned, painted and the underside Lanoguarded. The underside / chassis look great.

Being a 110, its also hugely practical, with 4 individual seats, masses of load space, huge roof rack (perfect for a tent), equipped with a tow bar / 7 pin electrics (max permissible towing weight 3500kg).

A Land Rover without the usual compromises on a long run and motorway driving, its more than happy cruising with modern traffic, and capable of surprising those who don’t notice the subtle V8 badges.

Our one off V8, Land Rover’s digital MOT’s history appears to back up its super low mileage, a number of old MOT’s accompany the car. Its most recent MOT does not expire until 24/9/25.

The body work is not covered in acres of checker plate, potentially hiding corrosion along the door bottoms etc, its simply stunning. Along with its black accessories, LED lights, smoked glass, commanding ride height etc, it’s a striking looking truck!

It has just had an independent 90+ point pre delivery inspection. It is of course HPI clear and a full HPI report will be available to potential purchasers. It also comes with 2 sets of keys, 2 winch controllers, a set of MOT friendly number plates and benefits from a secret fuel pump cut off switch for security.

Many thanks for wading through our lengthy description, we believe it’s better to describe our cars fully. It is not in our interest to waste your time or ours with inaccurate descriptions. It does of course have the odd age related imperfection (which used car doesn’t), but for a rugged 4x4 its outstanding.

Our unique V8 “Landy” really does tick all the QuickandBig.com boxes, being great value, big, beautifully presented, hugely practical, great fun, absolutely unique and so cool that is just makes you and by standers smile.

Please visit the photographs again as they form part of the description, and use the “contact us” tab at the top of the page, to arrange a viewing / test drive by appointment. Any inspection is of course welcome. Part exchange (particularly if it’s quickandbig) is a pleasure.
